
Our stroopwafels (Dutch term for “syrup waffles”) are a thin, round (approximately 3 3/4 inch in diameter) waffle cookies made from two layers of sweet baked dough held together by spreading a delicious caramel filling made from syrup, brown sugar, 100% real butter, and our very special cinnamon and spices between the two waffle cookies.
Many of our ingredients are still sourced directly form Holland and baked by a Dutch baker using a closely guarded recipe brought over from Holland which follows the traditional Dutch method that has been used do make these delicious waffle cookies since the 1800s.

The way I like to eat these cookies is break them in pieces and then one piece at a time let them soften in my mouth then chew them up that way they last longer!
